To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, BingeNow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• Any dispute shall first be attempted to be settled through good-faith negotiations. Should amicable resolution fail, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
